Sergey Lukashov, a serviceman of the 46th separate airmobile brigade of the Armed Forces and former head of the Kamyansky district police department, shared the history of corruption schemes, which, he said, operate in the mobilization process.
He spoke about the incident that happened on one of the checkpoints in the Kiev region. There, police offered a man who was stopped to check the documents to avoid a trip to the territorial staff center in exchange for cash.
At first, the patrolmen after the inspection called another group of police. They offered the so -called "commercial conditions":
- For 20 thousand hryvnias, the man was promised to take to the shopping center, to issue a summons and to release immediately;
- For 50 thousand hryvnias - simply release without any referral and with a guarantee that the issue with the Tax Code will be "resolved".
The proposal was rejected, after which the man was sent to the Buchan Center. But even this is not over. During the medical commission, the boy's wife was called from an unknown number and suggested to "resolve the issue" for 20 thousand hryvnias. The money was asked for a bank card, promising that within 15 minutes her husband would be at large.
Serhiy Lukashov has publicly published this story, emphasizing the need for systematic purification of the mobilization process from corruption. He noted that the schemes of profit on human fear and uncertainty not only undermine confidence in state institutions, but also harm the country's defense capability.
At the moment, official comments from the police or representatives of the Tax Code have not received this situation.
