Ukrainians are waiting for a new stage of spring weather. On Tuesday, March 18, the country is much getting colder, and in some regions it will even snow. The temperature will not rise above +6 ° C, and in many cities night frosts will appear again.
The coldest will be in the western and northern regions, where the temperature will drop to -6 ° at night. In Kiev, the night temperature will be -3 °, and in the daytime a slight warming is expected to be +4 °. In Lviv and Ivano -Frankivsk, frosts will shine -6 °, and in the afternoon it will only warm up to +3 °.
A similar situation will be in the central regions. For example, in Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv, the temperature will drop to -5 ° at night, and in the afternoon it will not exceed +4 °.
In the east of the country there will be cloudy weather, sometimes with precipitation. Sumy and Poltava forecast snow, the temperature will fluctuate within -4 ° ... 0 °. In Kharkiv, Dnipro and Zaporozhye will also be gloomy, with periodic snowfall and rain. The daytime temperature will not exceed +3 ° C.
In the southern regions, such as Odesa, Kherson, Nikolaev and Simferopol, it is expected to be cool but dry. The temperature at night will be -1 °… -2 °, in the afternoon - +4 °… +6 °.
Forecasters predict that the cooling will last for several days, after which the temperature will gradually increase. By the end of the week in some regions it is possible to return spring heat, but night frosts may be delayed for a while.
Ukrainians are advised to dress warmly, because the wind will increase the feeling of cold.
