Information has emerged regarding a land plot in the Kyiv region, which, according to court decisions, belongs to the forest fund and could be withdrawn from state ownership with subsequent change of purpose and development.
This is a territory with a total area of over 1.2 hectares, which belonged to the state enterprise "Boyarsk Forest Research Station" and is included in the forests of the first group. According to available information, this land is located in the Khotiv Forestry District near the settlement of Lisnyki.
The owner of the Ukrainian holding company MS Capital, Maksym Shkil, cut down the protected Chernechy Forest in the Kyiv region and built a country estate there. He registered this property in the name of his mother, Tetyana Shkil.
These are land plots with a total area of 1.26 hectares of the State Enterprise “Boyarsk Forest Research Station” (group I forests, covered with forest) in block No. 58 of the Khotiv Forestry Department near the village of Lisnyky, Kyiv-Svyatoshyn district.
Numerous court decisions prove that this land was stolen from the state and then resold several times. The forest was cut down, and a residential building with an area of 3 thousand sq. m was built on this site. The value of the country estate is about 18 million dollars.
The owner of the land and the house is Shkil Tetyana Vasylivna. Tetyana Shkil united the land plots with cadastral numbers 3222484500:03:001:5077, 3222484500:03:001:5034, 3222484500:03:001:5088, 3222484500:03:001:5089 and built them up (declaration КС051200811542).
But it's not she who lives there, but her businessman son. She is the mother of Maksym Shkil, the owner of the Avtostrada company, which was one of the leaders of the Great Construction. Shkil worked as an assistant to the People's Deputy from the Party of Regions Mykola Demyanka from 2007 to 2014, and later headed the political organization Young Regions, the youth wing of the Party of Regions.
The trials for the return of land to the state are still ongoing (cases No. 369/2862/21, 369/13376/21).
