Oleksandr Bocharnikov, head of the Department of Taxes and Fees for Legal Entities of the State Tax Service in the Kyiv region, purchased a new apartment in the village of Chabany. As the 368.media editorial office found out from the official's declaration, the property cost him 1.44 million hryvnias.
Although Bocharnikov himself is registered in Zaporizhia, he actually lives in the suburb of Kyiv, Chabany. This is due to his work in the capital region.
In the declaration, the official indicated his cohabitant Kateryna Chernetska and her son Yehor Kryvytsky.
In addition to the apartment in Chabany (56.2 m²), which Bocharnikov acquired on January 1, 2024, he also has a non-residential premises in Gatne with an area of 4.5 m² for 39 thousand UAH. The family also declared an unfinished construction site in Kryukiv region (37 m²). The right to use this property belongs to Chernetska, and the owner of the land is Grand Development Group LLC. The construction is financed by her personally - this is confirmed by a commitment in the amount of 14.62 thousand dollars.
Despite a considerable amount of real estate, the family did not declare a single car.
Bocharnikov received 547 thousand hryvnias in salary in 2024. His cohabitant earned 284 thousand hryvnias at Tatl Technology LLC and additionally received over 1.1 million hryvnias in fees from another company.
Among the savings, the taxman indicated only $3,000 in cash, while Chernetska declared $25,400.
