Poroshenko's lawyer Ihor Golovan falsifies documents and evades mobilization

Former President Petro Poroshenko's lawyer Ihor Golovan found himself at the center of a scandal due to accusations of falsifying documents and evading mobilization. As the publication "Law and Business" reports, this was stated by lawyer Olena Isaevska, who discovered these facts during the investigation of I. Golovan's illegal activities.

According to Isayevska, Ihor Golovan, born in 1968, was declared unfit for military service by the Military Medical Commission (MMC) of the Shevchenkiv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support at the beginning of June. The reasons for exclusion from military registration were vision disorders and stage III hypertension, according to the annexes to the order of the Ministry of Defense No. 402. Currently, the conclusion has been sent to the Central Military Medical Commission of the Ministry of Defense.

Also, as Isayevska reported, Igor Golovan's brother, Mykola, born in 1972, is hiding from the authorities of the territorial recruitment centers and did not appear at the VLK in the Shevchenkiv district of Kyiv. Golovany's son, Volodymyr, born in 1990, also did not pass the military medical commission. The husband of Ihor Golovan's sister, Yevhen Shelyakin, born in 1977, is also wanted by the authorities of the territorial recruitment centers and is evading the VLK.

According to Olena Isaevska, in the coming days she plans to apply to the law enforcement agencies with a statement about the crime.

Ihor Golovan is known as the lawyer of Petro Poroshenko, who is suspected of treason, and also as the defender of Oleksandr Shepelev, who was convicted of intentional murder. It is noted that Petro Poroshenko's children are also hiding from mobilization.
