15 years of imprisonment with full confiscation of property - such a verdict issued a court of a lawyer from Kyiv region, who collected secret information in favor of Russian special services. According to the Security Service of Ukraine, the traitor not only transmitted data to the enemy, but also created a whole agent network in the territory of several Ukrainian cities.
The investigation found that the figure who had to protect the citizens in the specialty was in place on the task of the FSB. Its main purpose is to collect information about representatives of international organizations and volunteers who actively worked in Kiev, Dnipro and Odessa. It was because of such people that hostile special services tried to access sensitive information, in particular regarding the logistics of humanitarian aid, the location of hubs and personal data of participants in international missions.
But this is not the only thing he was accused of. Together with the accomplices, the lawyer has corrected missile strokes of the Russians, in particular on defense enterprises and critical infrastructure of Ukraine. The collected coordinates were transmitted through classified communication channels that law enforcement officers found during the searches.
The SBU detained the person involved in January 2025. In the course of investigative actions, he and his associates were seized 15 mobile phones, which were used solely for contact with the invaders. Other evidence of systematic work on the enemy has also been found.
The assembled base became the basis for the indictment - the State Council in the Conditions of Martial Law (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code). The court pleaded guilty to the person proven and imposed the maximum punishment.
