The Defense Procurement Agency (DPA), which plays a key role in providing the Ukrainian army during the war, has become the object of increased attention from the "Voice" party. The reason for this is the end of the contract of manager Maryna Bezrukova at the end of January.
Ustinov, a member of parliament from the "Voice" party, in her blog on "UP" accused the AOZ of the fact that "tens of billions of hryvnias hang on its accounts for several months, offers from arms dealers are "lost" somewhere, and purchases take place every third or fourth hands are spacers, each of which earns its own percentage in the war."

And reminds that the current head of the AOZ was appointed precisely at the suggestion of the "anti-corruption public". And then M. Bezrukova developed trust: she developed a structure and formed her team.

Ustinova, currently almost 300 people work in the AOZ, and the annual budget for this team reaches 450 million UAH, that is, on average, 1.5 million UAH. on each Of course, the management also has higher incomes: M. Given such figures, it is not difficult to guess why the anti-corruption environment pounced on such revelations of the unprofessionalism of its protégé.

And they do not understand how other intelligent people can publish such nonsense from themselves. No critical thinking," Yu. Nikolov blasts her former colleague in the anti-corruption fight, and now, as it turned out, her competitor.
"And this "specialist" really wanted to head the AOZ at the request of Minister Umyerov, who joined the government precisely from the "Golos" faction. It is noteworthy that among Yu. Nikolov's subscribers, such a raid on "his own" caused some surprise. After all, as noted, O. Ustinova is a native of the "CPC" team, which is headed by Vitaly Shabunin . Explaining such a metamorphosis, Yu. It is not surprising that, as D. Kaleniuk recalls, "our position greatly upset Oleksandr." However, it is unlikely that such an informational attack by former colleagues on her exposure regarding the results of the work of the AOZ under the leadership of M. Bezrukoa will be surprising.
By the way, this is not the only personnel failure in the work of the "CPC" and the anti-corruption environment. After all, not so long ago, another activist, the founder of StateWatch, Hleb Kanevskyi, was also exposed for unprofessionalism. And again, by a strange coincidence — at military procurement.
Let us briefly recall: after a long evasion of military service, he got a job in the Ministry of Defense, in the procurement unit. But with his arrival, the Department of Procurement Policy of the Ministry of Defense found itself at the epicenter of numerous corruption scandals based on facts of embezzlement.
In particular, due to the careless attitude of H.Kanevskyi towards his duties in the position of acting director of the department, army flasks were purchased for the front at three times the normal price. Such circumstances were exposed by the journalists of NGL Media , who published the corresponding investigation.
It is noteworthy that G. Kanevskyi, in his own words, knew about the problems with the documentation, the solution of which would allow saving significant funds for the state, but he hid it and, contrary to his official duties, did not take measures to solve them and increase the efficiency of defense purchases. He publicly announced the existing problem with the documentation only after being exposed by investigative journalists.
And all is not well in the "anti-corruption house". Because more and more often there are scandals with mutual accusations of lobbying, opportunism or protectionism. Former employees of the CPK, Galina Yanchenko and Anastasia Radina, adopt the wrong laws, then the amendments are passed to please the corrupt... And then the whistleblowers, such as the combat medic V. Shabunin, are exposed as lies...
Oleksiy Frolov made a peculiar conclusion in a comment under D. Kaleniuk's post: "This is a panoktipum in the CPK." That's Yanchenko. Now Ustinova. Are you sure that you are fighting corruption there?".
