The family of the head of the State Tax Service of Cherkasy region, Tetyana Kharkovskaya, owns assets worth tens of millions of hryvnias. Her appointment to the position went almost unnoticed, but the scale of the family's property is attracting considerable attention.
The declarations of Kharkivska and her family members record a large number of real estate properties: seven land plots in Kyiv and Cherkasy regions, a residential building in Boryspil district, a garden house in Zolotonishki district, and four apartments in Cherkasy. Two of them were purchased very recently - in 2022 and 2024.
The last apartment, with an area of 187 m², is located in the prestigious residential complex "Symphony", where the cost of real estate starts from 130 thousand dollars and can reach 250 thousand. To reduce public attention, the ownership was registered in the name of Kharkovskaya's daughter, who has been living in France for a long time. A parking space in the same residential complex is also registered in her name.
The family's financial picture is complemented by cars: Tatyana got a MERCEDES-BENZ ML250, which her husband Dmitry "gave" her, while he himself purchased a BMW X6 for 1.2 million hryvnias in 2023. Official income also looks considerable: in 2024, Kharkovskaya received a salary of 625 thousand hryvnias, her husband declared 4.4 million hryvnias as business income.
In addition, the family has considerable savings - $25,000 and €50,000 in cash, as well as over 130,000 hryvnias in bank accounts. Additionally, Kharkovskaya's husband gave his daughter a loan of 4 million hryvnias, presumably to purchase an apartment.
Given this data, it becomes obvious: the family of a high-ranking official operates complex financial schemes that allow them to constantly increase their wealth.
