The head of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arahamia, said that the issue concerning the First, Second and Third groups of persons with disabilities will be resolved. He also called for refraining from negative comments on this clause in the mobilization bill.
Arahamiya shared this information in his Telegram channel. According to the politician, the current legislation provides for one caretaker per person with a disability, at his or her choice.
"That's exactly what it should be. And it is not about "constant care", but simply about help. I emphasize that consideration of the amendments will begin next week. We will support this point," said Arahamiya.
He also noted that similar measures will be applied to graduate students.
"As promised, the issue of granting them a deferment from mobilization, regardless of the form of education, will be resolved," added Davyd Arahamiya.
Earlier, People's Deputy of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Council's Committee on National Security Yehor Chernev stated that it is currently difficult to predict the adoption of the draft law on mobilization, as it includes 4,200 amendments, and different provisions of the document enter into force at different times.
