At the beginning of November, a significant cooling down is expected in Ukraine, which will bring cold arctic air. Forecaster Natalka Didenko warned that already on the weekend, November 2-3, the cold will cover most regions of Ukraine, especially the northern and western regions. Only the southern part of the country will retain warm weather for a short time on Saturday, but already on Sunday it will become noticeably colder.
Didenko also warned about the strong wind that will accompany the drop in temperature, which will make the feeling of cold even more uncomfortable. She advises to dress warmer and not to forget about dense warm things.
Forecast for the beginning of November from the hydrometeorological center
Nataliya Ptukha, a representative of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, also confirmed the forecasts of cooling and noted that the first days of the month will be relatively dry. However, already on the night of November 2, rain is expected in the western and northern regions of Ukraine, which will spread throughout the country during the day. In the northeastern regions, even mixed precipitation is possible.
According to Ptukha, the average temperature for November this year will be close to normal, although slightly warmer than normal weather may persist in the east and southeast. An anticyclone is expected to form from November 5, which will ensure a long period of dry weather in most of the territory of Ukraine.
Thus, the first days of November will bring Ukrainians not only arctic cold, but also rain and strong wind, and further warming and stabilization of the weather can be expected from next week.
