Elite fleet: Which of the deputies rides on Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maybach

While Ukrainians raise money for drones and bulletproof vests, individual people's deputies - for luxurious cars. In 2025, the most loud purchase among parliamentarians was Audi Q8 worth 5 million UAH. It was owned by Sergei Mager - People's Deputy and former member of the forbidden "Opposition Bloc". But this is only the tip of the iceberg, because the Verkhovna Rada is a real fleet of elite machines, including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini and Ferrari.

Sergei Mager: Audi for 5 million

The 68-year-old Mager purchased Audi Q8 2025. According to the declaration, the car cost him 5 million UAH. In the past, the People's Deputy worked as a director of regional development at the Illich Metallurgical Metallurgical Plant. In 2019, after the transition to the Verkhovna Rada, he declared an annual salary of more than UAH 32 million - probably because of compensation.

Musa Magomedov: BMW with discount

In the second place is Musa Magomedov, who previously managed the "Avdius Coke". In 2025 he bought the BMW 7 Series M760LI 2021 for UAH 2.8 million. In the market, such machines are more expensive, so the parliamentarian managed to buy it at a relatively favorable price. In addition, Magomedov's wife owns Porsche Panamera for UAH 3.4 million and the family declares more than € 1.4 million in savings.

Vatsak: Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini in Business Declaration

Gennady Vatsak is a true record holder. Its company "Vatsak" in 2023 purchased an electric Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the cost of which is estimated at UAH 25 million. Also in the fleet of the deputy business-Rolls-Royce Ghost (up to UAH 18 million), Lamborghini (over UAH 15 million) (over UAH 15 million).

Ferrari on the Defense Ministry?

Another resonant case is the Director of the Defensemservice Ministry of Defense Valentin Slobodyanyuk, who, according to the investigation, purchased Ferrari ROMA for UAH 6.4 million in 2022, using the free customs clearance scheme for the Russians. The car was allegedly issued in favor of Russian citizens, but the case is still being considered in court.

MPs with less request

Other people's deputies who declared new cars in 2025 are Maxim Zuev, Alexander Bakumov, Mykola Kirichenko and Andriy Klochko. However, their purchases are more modest. The most expensive last year's purchased car among people's deputies - Toyota Highlander for 2.5 million UAH, which was purchased by the "servant of the people" Vladimir Voronov.

But at the level of local authorities, too, they are not far behind: the deputy of the Bakhmak City Council Vasyl Bulakh bought a Mercedes-Maybach for 9.8 million UAH. Officially, he lives at the expense of agribusiness, not a budget salary.
