The Bureau of Economic Security has conducted an investigation into the company "Tisa Energy Group" LLC, owned by Ivan Cheypesh, an assistant to People's Deputy Anatoly Kostyukh. The company appears as a supplier to the UVAPE network and was caught smuggling e-cigarettes.
In April of this year, Tysa Energy Group received 149.8 thousand NEW AIR and 74.9 thousand VAAL 800E electronic cigarettes, the total value of which exceeds $200 thousand. Based on the decisions of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, searches were conducted at UVAPE points and thousands of seized cigarettes, liquids, and cartridges were seized.
According to the investigation, the following companies also appear in the scheme: Freitis, Zentos, Rikseited, Liftend, Trintals, Cantrix, Greiters, Yuvp Lab, Contrix, Rinton, and Rentan. However, the BEB investigation has not yet progressed beyond searches and seizure of goods.
Despite this, the UVAPE network continues to operate and open new points of sale. The facts of the participation of the People's Deputy or his assistant in the schemes have not yet been officially confirmed.
