Bogachuk destroyed his opponent and became the temporary boxing world champion

T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA hosted an exciting boxing match that left the audience on the edge of their seats. In the pre-evening part of the show, a meeting was held for the interim title of WBC world champion in the first middleweight category (up to 69.9 kg), where Ukrainian Serhiy Bogachuk faced American Brian Mendoza.

From the very beginning of the match, Bogachuk established his advantage, demonstrating a confident game. He actively used methodical pressure on the opponent and successfully controlled the ring. Despite Mendoza's attempts to counter attacks, Bogachuk remained better in combination work and continued to impose his fighting style.

During the first four rounds, Bogachuk managed to break Mendoza's nose, maintaining his advantage in the ring. Although the American tried to change the course of events, the Ukrainian confidently managed the distance and delivered a significant number of blows. Even in the final rounds, when Mendoza showed even more stubbornness and courage, Bogachuk remained in a position of faith, showing his strength and endurance.

After a tense match, the judges made a decision: 118-110, 117-111 and 117-111 in favor of Serhii Bogachuk, who deservedly received the temporary title. This victory makes him a mandatory contender for a match with champion Sebastian Fundora.
