The brother of the scandalous Lviv ex-prosecutor Ilnytsky obstructed the work of the TCC: he was detained

On May 16, 33-year-old entrepreneur Taras Ilnytskyi, who is the brother of the scandalously famous Lviv ex-prosecutor, 31-year-old Rostislav Ilnytskyi, was detained at the Sheghini checkpoint. According to preliminary information, the businessman is suspected of obstructing the work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the case file, the businessman ignored the orders of the TCC and refused to serve summonses to his employees. The court chose a preventive measure for him in the form of detention with the possibility of paying UAH 121,000 as bail. This became known from the decision of the Lychakiv district court published in the court register. It should be noted that the detainee's brother, Rostyslav Ilnytskyi, is currently wanted.

The pre-trial investigation established that in the period from April 18 to November 10, 2023, Taras Ilnytskyi was the director of MKS Beton LLC and obstructed the work of the Sykhiv Territorial Center for Procurement and Social Support. It is about the fact that he had to inform eleven of his employees about the need to contact the TCC. However, Taras Ilnytskyi sent information to the head of the Sykhiv TCC that most of the workers were on vacation. However, even after the end of their vacations, conscripts did not come to the TCC.

The Sykhiv TCC also obliged Taras Ilnytskyi to provide a complete list of conscripted employees of MKS Beton LLC and inform them that they need to update their military registration data. The court documents state that the entrepreneur did not comply with the order. The TCC again appealed to Taras Ilnytskyi in November 2023 with a request to summon eleven employees of the enterprise. However, this time the director replied that nine workers had already been fired, and one was on vacation. However, when representatives of the TCC came to the territory of the enterprise, they served summonses to two employees who were not officially supposed to be at work. In addition, the pre-trial investigation established that, in fact, the nine conscripts did not terminate their employment relations with MKS Beton LLC.

Last year, on November 10, the employees of the TCC again issued an order and obliged 44 conscripts employed at the enterprise to appear at the TCC. However, the representative of MKS Beton refused to receive subpoenas and said that he was forbidden to do so by Taras Ilnytskyi.

The director of the company was informed of the suspicion on November 21, 2023, and already on November 30, he was declared an international wanted person, as he was abroad. It should be noted that according to the case materials, the State Bureau of Investigation conducted searches on the territory of the enterprise three times and seized documents.

On the YouControl analytical portal, it is stated that MKS Beton has been operating since 2010 and produces concrete solutions. The director of the company since December 2023 is Khrystyna Popovych, and the owner is Ihor Shuptar.

The judge of the Lychakiv District Court, Serhii Yavorskyi, chose Taras Ilnytskyi as a preventive measure in the form of detention until July 6, 2024, with the possibility of paying UAH 121,000 in bail. The decision can be appealed in the Lviv Court of Appeal. Let us add that Taras Ilnytskyi is suspected of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code). The entrepreneur faces up to eight years in prison.
