In the context of general mobilization in Ukraine, the booking mechanism for workers whose activity is recognized as critically important for the functioning of the state is maintained. This applies not only to the defense spheres, but also to institutions that ensure the stability of the economy, the life of the population and the work of infrastructure.
The reservation may receive conscripts who officially work in structures recognized as the right to store on the ground. These are state bodies, courts, law enforcement agencies, as well as enterprises that execute orders for the defense sector or provide the basic needs of society. This list also includes international institutions and specialized organizations that cooperate with the state or the UN.
The decision to grant the status of "critically important" is made by ministries and operates during the year. The employee loses the right to booking if he or she changes the place of work or if the organization is deprived of the appropriate status.
A separate requirement is the availability of current military accounting data. If the conscript has overdue documents or is wanted for accounting violation, the reservation is not used.
It is possible to design the reservation remotely - without visiting the territorial staffing center. In most cases, this is done by the employer through electronic services, in particular through the action "Action". The employee can also check the status of the armor through the "reserve+" or on the certificate provided by the company.
Medical commission is not a prerequisite for armor design. However, after granting it, the employee is obliged to pass the Military Medical Commission in the event of a corresponding request.
Thus, even during the period of active mobilization, the state preserves the opportunity to leave in the workplaces of specialists who ensure the continuity of critical processes. This solution allows you to keep a professional resource in the key areas and at the same time maintain the efficiency of a mobilization campaign.
