From December 1, 2024, the reservation of employees for enterprises with a critical status in Ukraine will be carried out exclusively through the "Action" application. This decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based on the results of a large-scale audit of enterprises and organizations that have the right to reservation.
Criticality criteria will change:
– a private enterprise must not have debts and have an average salary at the enterprise and for a particular booked employee of at least 2.5 minimum wages;
- enterprises and organizations will be monitored every month;
- regional and industry criteria will be coordinated with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.
Businesses that already have a reservation have until February 28 to confirm compliance with the new conditions in order to reissue the reservation.
