Boom in car sales in Ukraine: the premium class is also on the rise

Since the beginning of this year, Ukraine has witnessed a significant increase in sales of passenger cars, including premium cars. This was reported by the association "Ukravtoprom", which indicates the dynamics of the car market in the country.

In the first quarter of 2024, Ukrainians purchased more than 2,800 new premium class cars, which is 2% more than the figure for the same period last year.

The most popular brands in the premium segment are: BMW, Lexus and Audi. Half of all luxury cars were bought in three regions: Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions.

And sales of all passenger cars in general increased by as much as 49% - up to 16,660 units. Most often, Ukrainians choose Toyota cars. And the share of premium cars fell from 25% to 17%.
