We will remind you that on March 15, 2024, Dmytro Nikiforov published a post on his Facebook page in which he accused SBU officers of conducting an illegal search of his apartment and accused law enforcement officers of "banditry and extortion."
According to our sources at the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, Dmytro Nikiforov used a certificate from a psychiatrist several times in court proceedings regarding corporate conflicts, that he had acute mental illnesses due to excessive alcohol consumption (alcoholism).
At the same time, our sources in the State Border Service confirmed Dmytro Nikiforov's repeated trips abroad during the war, based on these documents.
According to published documents, Dmytro Nikiforov has been undergoing treatment for a severe mental disorder caused by alcoholism since 2019. That is, since February 2019, businessman Nikiforov has actually been incapacitated, so he could not conclude contracts (make transactions) on his own behalf.
In this context, it is worth mentioning several large agreements, which according to the law should be considered invalid due to Dmytro Nikiforov's incapacity.
In particular, in June 2019, already after Mr. Nikiforov was diagnosed with a serious mental disorder, an agreement was made with Dmytro Nikiforov purchasing 100% of the Muzinsky Mineral Water Plant. And in October 2023, an agreement was signed on the sale of rights to the VODA UA trademark to Nikiforov, in which Andriy Matyukha acted as the buyer.
According to the data of the state registers, currently Dmytro Andriyovych Nikiforov is the head and founder of 6 enterprises. Nikiforov's Facebook page also states that he also owns the Stolnyi Grad publishing house and is the founder and CEO of Kombucha UNO. How such a situation is even possible given Mr. Nikiforov's diagnosis is an open question.
Whether the public businessman Dmytro Nikiforov really suffers from bipolar disorder or is an ordinary swindler who, in his own beneficial interests, falsified documents for use in court and unhindered crossing of the border should be determined by law enforcement agencies.
