“Mindich's Wallet” Maksym Krippa continues to purge information about cooperation with Russian billionaire Oleg Boyko.
Thus, the TG channel Cards, Money, Offshores drew attention to the fact that materials about the offshore schemes of Krippa and Boyko, related to the development of software for the Vulcan casino, had disappeared from a number of Ukrainian media outlets. It was this episode that formed the basis of the SBU criminal proceedings No. 22015000000000379 from 2016.
Recall that the Ukrainian company EvoPlay, owned by businessman Maksym Krippa, is developing software for the Russian sites of the Vulcan casino (Vulcan), which belongs to the Russian oligarch Oleg Boyko.

The Russian holding Ritzio is the actual creator of the Vulkan gambling brand, which was founded in the Russian Federation. After the official ban on gambling in Russia, the company began to develop the brand in Eastern European countries, including Ukraine, as well as in Germany, Italy and Croatia, where Ritzio operates more than 200 gambling halls under the Vulkfn, Vulkan Stern and Vulcano della Fortuna brands, as well as the websites vulkanvegas.com and vulkanvegas-online.com with corresponding mobile applications.
Ritzio Holding is owned by Russian billionaire Oleg Boyko, who also owns Finstar Holding and the Rive Gauche perfume chain. As of 2014, Russian Oleg Boyko owned the Ukrainian private lottery Patriot, which, through the Cypriot company Cehriba Investments Limited, was part of the Finstar investment holding.
As reported in August 2014 by "Nashi Groshi", Oleg Boyko at that time earned money from lotteries not only in Ukraine, but also in his homeland. In the Russian Federation, his lottery was called "Pobeda", and, as journalists discovered at the time, it directed its income to support the Russian army, which had already annexed the Ukrainian Crimea and was waging a war in the Donbas. In 2016, PrJSC "Patriot" was sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine "due to its involvement with Russian businessmen and possible financing of the Russian army."
Meanwhile, in the summer of 2015, law enforcement officers searched the EvoPlay office at 1 Naberezhno-Pecherská Street in Kyiv on suspicion that the company was working for Russian oligarch Oleg Boyko. During the search, a server with data on the company's activities, some office equipment, slot machines, and accounting documentation with several dozen seals and stamps of various companies were seized.
“ Part of the profits from the EvoPlay campaign apparently went directly to Russian billionaire Oleg Boyko, as his company Ritzio International has an exclusive agreement with EvoPlay to represent its property in the online entertainment industry – the Vulcan brand, under which slot machine parlors previously operated, ” the media reported at the time.
That is, only half a year after journalists published information that Russian businessman Oleg Boyko, the owner of the Ukrainian lottery, was directing his income to finance Russian aggression against Ukraine, Polyakov and Krippa entered into a partnership with Boyko, received from him the rights to use the Vulcan brand, and managed casino sites in his interests, which provided for a regular fixed fee or a percentage of the profit to its owner.
One of the Russian casino sites, Vulkan, notes that the developer of the games presented on the site is the Ukrainian company EvoPlay, owned by Maxim Krippa.
The founders of EvoPlay Entertainment LLC, registered in Kyiv, are the Cypriot company EvoPlay LTD and Ukrainian citizen Ivan Kravchuk, the ultimate beneficiary is a Cypriot named Georgiou Savvas.
However, the actual owner of the company is Maksym Krippa, as confirmed by a number of participants in the gambling market in Ukraine, as well as the archives of the SBU, which, as part of criminal proceedings, established a direct connection between Krippa and EvoPlay.
We will remind, in 2016, the Main Investigation Department of the SBU opened criminal proceedings No. 22015000000000379 under Part 1 of Article 203-2 (Illegal activities in the sphere of gambling) and Part 2 of Article 258-5 (Financing of terrorism) of the Criminal Code.
The investigation established that, contrary to the ban on gambling in Ukraine, Polyakov Maksym Valeriyovych and Krippa Maksym Volodymyrovych created a number of websites under the brand "Vulkan": vulkan-champion.co/ru/ru , casino-club-online.com , casino-velcam.com , vulkan-russia.com , and vulcanoriginals.com , through which they provided online casino services.
Let us remind you that, against the background of the NABU special operation "Midas", which is investigating large-scale corruption schemes in the country's energy and defense sectors, details became known that confirm that Maksym Krippa has long been the "wallet" of Timur Mindich and Andriy Yermak.
In particular, the "NABU tapes" read by the prosecutor's office as part of the hearing of the case of former advisor to the Minister of Energy Ihor Myronyuk mention an episode when Serhiy Shefir and Timur Mindich were talking.
Serhiy Shefir offered to "come up" for bail for ex-Vice Prime Minister Chernyshov, who received suspicion from NABU. Timur Mindich agreed, but complained about the lack of money. Then Shefir offered to take the funds from the "cashier", as a result, the bail for Chernyshov was paid by Maksym Krippa's structures.
