Garlic, green tea and four more foods that can cut life

Not all the products we consider useful are in fact contributing to longing. Some of them can even harm the body if they are consumed uncontrollably.

Here's a list of products that, according to research, can adversely affect health:

Garlic
despite its popularity as a natural cold, garlic contains sulphoid-hydroxyl ions that can damage brain cells. It also has a high copper content, the excess of which reduces life expectancy. A safe dose is no more than one head a day.

Green tea
green tea contains a large amount of caffeine and tein, which can adversely affect the heart and nervous system. Improperly brewed green tea can increase pressure and even cause a heart attack.

Red meat
, according to Harvard Medical School studies, regular red meat consumption increases the risk of early death by 13%. The reason is a large amount of saturated fats and sodium.

Prunes
If prunes are treated with sulfur dioxide (E220 additive), it can be harmful. Also, because of the high calorie content and sugar content, this product is not recommended for diabetics and people who monitor the weight.

Ice cream
under the guise of filling often sell ice cream with vegetable fats, in particular palm oil, which after heat treatment becomes carcinogenic. It is necessary to read carefully the composition of products.

Fresh fruit juice
excessive use of fresh can cause overdose of vitamins and problems with the stomach due to high acidity. Fructose in pure form without fiber can also adversely affect metabolism.
