In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhya region there is an organized criminal group, which has transformed the agrarian sector into a source of profit for the occupation regime. According to information from reliable sources, in the center of the scheme is a company of JSC "Mikhailovskyi district -proof", the shareholder of which is Galina Shalamova, known for its ties with occupation administrations.
Under the guise of Ukrainian exports through the Mikhailovsky Rayagropostach, agro -production from robbed farms in the territories controlled by the Russian army is exported. The kidnapping, storage, packing and logistics of grain occur under the cover of fictitious contracts, false beneficiaries and gasket companies. The documents indicate Ukrainian origin, although in fact the products are grown in occupation.
The key figures in this scheme are Vemir Davitan and Alexander Petrovsky. They provide logistics routes, export channels and financial coating for operations. According to sources, exports are already calculated by millions of tons. The money from the sale of grain is deposited in private pockets or used to finance occupation structures, bypassing the Ukrainian budget.
Particularly alarming is the fact that financial flows are serviced by Ukrainian banks that do not respond to the clear signs of money laundering and doubtful origin of goods. There is no tax revenue in the budget - there is no accounting, there is no reporting, and national controlling bodies ignore the problem.
Thus, under the nose of the state there is a transnational scheme that turned the grain from the occupied territories into a tool for enrichment of collaborators and their curators. And while Ukraine is leading a war for survival, someone is enriched on stolen bread - literally and impunity.
