In the Khmelnytsky region, the head of the farm was sentenced to three years in prison for evasion of mobilization. The man twice evaded his duties, and refused to receive the summons for mobilization, which became the basis for his condemnation. The sentence was adopted by the Novoshitsky District Court of Khmelnytsky Oblast.
According to the case file, in January 2023, the man categorically refused to obtain a summons, which led to evasion of mobilization. At the hearing, the accused denied his guilt, claiming that he did not receive the summons and that his criminal prosecution was fabricated. He also reported that he could not pass the Regional VLK until January 2023.
Despite this, the military during the court stated that the accused had really evaded the mobilization and refused to receive the summons. The court considered all the materials of the case and, after careful analysis, found it guilty under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The man was assigned a punishment in the form of three years in prison.
