Rumors spread that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation want to "extinguish" the Ukrainian NPPs, following the example of how the Armed Forces did it with the Energodar Nuclear Power Plant, which now operates purely in a conditional format, a kind of "sleeping mode".
As we can see, the attacks on the energy infrastructure continue. If everything continues like this, then a "black winter" awaits Ukraine.
Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure at night on June 1. Three objects were damaged in the Lviv region, where six cruise missiles were fired. The head of the regional military administration, Maksym Kozytsky, reported this, stressing that, fortunately, no one was injured.
However, according to the State Emergency Service, four people were injured as a result of the attack. "The State Emergency Service promptly eliminated all fires at critical infrastructure facilities. In Lviv Oblast, 4 people were injured as a result of the attack," the emergency workers emphasized.
In total, during the night, 16 Kh-101/Kh-555 and Kalibr cruise missiles were destroyed, as well as 4 Shahed attack drones over the Lviv region.
