The shelter of 1 113 square meters should be erected by July 2026. According to the agreement, the project involves the performance of concrete works, the arrangement of ventilation systems, sanitary units, storage rooms and decoration of premises. Part of the funds - UAH 7.44 million - is provided to cover inflation costs, which means the dynamic of the contract price.
This is the third attempt to enter into an appropriate agreement: preliminary tenders were canceled due to changes in prosecuting documentation and violations were detected. Interestingly, the cost of shelter in the initial stages was much lower and has doubled in recent months.
Berezivka Agroshlyawhiv was registered in 2023. Among its co -founders is the deputy of the Odessa Regional Council, Prince Khachatryan, who was elected from the pro -Russian political force "Opposition Platform - for Life".
Ordering such a scale with a minimal experience with a politician raises questions about the transparency and integrity of the tender procedure.
