On the territory of the Slavic settlement community of the Lviv region, a scheme is unfolding, which has the signs of large -scale withdrawal of state lands - primarily the forestry fund - in private property. Under the guise of inventory and development of the investment project there is a quiet deriban operation in which officials, businessmen and representatives of state forest structures are involved.
In 2022, SE "Slavske Forestry" concluded a contract # 33 with Geoarch Project LLC on an inventory of 3000 hectares of forest lands. Outwardly, everything looked legitimate - technical documentation, approval, geodans. But then these documents became evidence in criminal proceedings on official forgery and abuse of power. Some of the forest areas were artificially expelled from the State Forest Fund - to change the purpose.
Back in 2019-2020, at least 44.5 hectares were removed from the state lands near the village of Volosyanka. Formally - under the conduct of a personal peasant economy, in fact - on false persons. In the future, these areas were re -registered at Slavsky LLC - a company related to the Seo Okko Group Vitaliy Danylak.
It is on these lands that the project of Goro Mountain Resort is prepared-a large-scale resort building focused on the VIP segment. The plots were united, they received cadastral numbers, and under them they prepared a package of documents for transfer into a category of land for construction.
No less indicative is the personnel element. The change in the leadership of the Slavic community - the removal of the head of Vladimir Begi and the appearance in his place Oleg Danylyak, brother Vitaliy Danylak - took place synchronously with the active phase of the projected preparation of Goro Resort.
Geoarch Project LLC participated not only in the inventory but also in adjusting cadastral data. It is about entering information that allowed to remove some areas from the forest category and thus solve the hands of developers.
Instead, SE "Forests of Ukraine" and "Carpathian Forest Office" continue to insist formally, which act solely within the limits of authority as permanent users. Although the very fact of changing boundaries, the removal from the State Forest Fund and the preparation for commercial development testify to another.
Thus, covering themselves with a beautiful sign of the "investment development of the region", some structures implement the plan of systematic withdrawal of valuable lands from state property - with direct preferences for topless of big business.
