The Gorodotsky District Court of Lviv region issued a sentence of Mikhail Gurin, the director of the Lviv firm "Capitol", for the organization of a sex party in Bartativ village near Lviv. The entrepreneur received a conditional punishment, despite the serious accusations of committing an offense related to the "extortion for dissolution".
According to the court, Mikhail Gurin organized and held the so -called "decent Galician party", to which people were invited to participate in intimate events. The party had special conditions of participation: the participants demanded to undergo a video connection, to send personal photos and to pay for participation from 700 to 3500 hryvnias depending on gender and whether there are participants. Payment was made to the organizer's account, and then the participants were given "personal numbers" for entry to the west.
The party was held in a rented house, specially prepared for this event, with red light, music and bar. The participants of the event enrolled in voluntary sexual relations, which raised suspicions of law enforcement. Mikhail Gurin was detained for organizing a place to dissolve and promote sexual relations between strangers.
In court, Gurin pleaded guilty, stating that he was repeated and asked not to apply a severe punishment to him. Judge Angelina Malakhova-Onuafer determined a punishment in the form of three years of restraint of liberty, but freed the organizer from the basic punishment, setting two years of probation.
Recall that this case has attracted the attention of the public due to the extraordinaryness of the situation and participation in it by a well -known businessman who is engaged in restaurant business and mobile food through his Capitol firm.
After the sentence is announced, the defense party has the right to appeal that may affect the final court decision.
