Lawyers of ex-intelligence officer Roman Chervinsky reported about his abduction after the meeting of the Kirovohrad District Court, which took place on April 19. The court closed the session without extending the preventive measure for Chervinsky, but he was not released, as is usually the case in such cases.
"They hastily closed the court from everyone and in a closed court (not to be equated with a closed session), without the participants in the process they began to "falsify" a completely illegal document, which will formally cover the kidnapping of Roman Chervinsky, with the aim of avoiding responsibility for such kidnapping. Roman's whereabouts are currently unknown. The police, the court, and other law enforcement agencies avoid providing any information about Roman's whereabouts," the lawyer writes.
Chervinskyi is on trial for the failed recruitment of a Russian, which led to a missile attack on the Kanatove airfield in the summer of 2022. At the same time, Chervinskyi's name appeared in the Russian media recently in the context of the Nord Streams bombing.
The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has sent requests to the competent authorities of the USA, Germany, France and Cyprus to investigate gas pipeline explosions.
According to the Russian version, the operation to blow up the "Nordic Streams" was covered by a group of Ukrainian divers who were trained by representatives of Western special services. Photos and brief biographies of team members were even published. Chervinskyi was among them.
