In just 45 kilometers from the capital, there has been a conflict that breaks Obukhov's community from within more than ten years. Pensioners go to rallies, the fields are guarded by the police, and the crops destroy the tractors. At first glance, the usual dispute between the agricultural enterprise and the peasants. In fact, an echo of the large -scale scheme of land disintegration, which was laid back in 2013 by the then head of the State Geocadastre of Kyiv Region Lyudmila Prikhodko. About it writes the publication of StopCor in its investigation.
It all started with hope. The employees of the former state farm, and later - the joint -stock company "Obukhov" promised the land. The company has prepared a project, identified a list of employees, even signed preliminary leases. But when the documents were already on the table of the State Land Committee, they were informed: everything was stopped at the request of the prosecutor's office.
And here the other movie begins. At the time when the State Geocadastre base was not actually updated, Prikhodko ceased to enter information about old state acts. The lands that were actually in use of the enterprise on the cadastral map looked "free". And those areas that "suddenly appeared in the system, were received only by those who have in advance concluded an agreement with a private company Rose-L.
The lawyer of the enterprise Kateryna Shkolna emphasizes: most of those who require land today had nothing to do with Obukhovske PJSC. Often, these are fictitious applicants designed to cover the scheme. In addition, people were issued more than 3 hectares per person, despite the norm of 2 hectares - which in itself is already a violation.
The situation was complicated by the emergence of an "initiative group" under the direction of local deputy Volodymyr Yevmenov. It protests, blocks the work of the enterprise and actually leads its own struggle for control of land. The stocks themselves, according to social networks, are organized for large amounts - up to $ 10,000 for one.
The culmination of the absurd were cases of crop destruction - for example, 25 hectares of corn crops were destroyed. And all this is not because of the war, not through shelling, but because of the legal war caused by manipulation in the cadastre ten years ago.
Today, Lyudmila Prikhodko is extraordinary to Ukraine and is in a pre -trial detention center. She is suspected of capturing more than 1000 hectares of land near Kiev. But the consequences of its activities in Obukhov have not completed - hundreds of people still cannot formulate their shares, courts do not give final decisions, and the police continue to go to call regularly.
Against the backdrop of war, blockades of exports and loss of arable land in the south, fields in the center of the country have become a theater of the Internal Land Front. And while the officials are suing, and the communities quarrel, they die, and the peasants remain without a land that should be them ten years ago.
