The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) appealed to the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) with a lawsuit on the confiscation of the property of the former deputy of the Glukhiv city council of Sumy region Vladimir Grib, as well as his wife Irina and son Artem.
The total amount of assets that the prosecutor's office considers unjustified is UAH 4.27 million. Among them - an apartment in Kiev with an area of 53.8 square meters. m worth 2.77 million UAH, driver of 12.5 square meters. m (worth 225 thousand UAH), as well as the car Toyota RAV4 2022 (worth UAH 1.28 million), which is issued for the son of exputate.
According to the prosecutor, the Mushroom family did not have sufficient official income for the purchase of this property. Therefore, the SAP considers such assets unjustified and require their confiscation in favor of the state. The mentioned property has already been seized.
The BCS accepted the claim for consideration and appointed a preparatory meeting in the case on August 14, 2025 at 10:30. The meeting will be held in the premises of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court.
