Exnare and former head of Ukrbud Maxim Nikitas made a series of loud statements on social networks, accusing Denis Komarnitsky and Stepan Chernovetsky of large -scale influence on Kiev. According to him, it was the funds of Chernovetsky Jr. that became the basis for the formation of a controlled deputy corps in the Kyiv City Council, which allowed Komarnytsky to become a "watch" in the capital.
Nikitas claims that in 2020 Komarnytsky had not yet had a sufficient financial base to create his own political influence. However, the situation has changed dramatically due to the money of Stepan Chernovetsky, who spoke a key beneficiary of schemes, which covered not only land frauds but also other areas of city administration.
The significant center of these equipment is called the IQ-Center-a business complex, which became a kind of headquarters for Komarnitsky, Arthur Palatny and other persons involved. "Who in the topic - will understand the rest," adds Nikitas, hinting at the branched network of connections between financiers, politicians and developers.
Separately, the Exnaress focuses on the involvement of Chernovetsky in the theft of Ukrbud's assets. According to him, after 17 suspicions received by various participants in the equipment, Stepan Chernovetsky may be the next one in the list. "The list of those who burst out of the Ukrbud's robbery, long," he said, promising to provide specific evidence.
Nikitas also hinted that information about the financial frauds of Chernovetsky will come not only to Ukrainian law enforcement officers, but also to London and Spain, where Exmer's son is conducting business. "In London, he must learn about these equipment in his' Spain," he said.
Another intriguing detail was the mention of some "Moroccan tanks or Belarusian tractors" related to the Spanish affairs of Chernovetsky. What is the following, Nikitas promised to tell later.
He also accused Komarnitsky of "draining" him when problems with Ukrbud began. According to him, the businessman initially "danced" around the management of the company, poured compliments and earned on the projects, but as soon as the situation worsened - he distanced himself and started working for his benefit. Nikitas remembered that Komarnytsky once borrowed $ 2 million through Eco-Bud-Trade LLC, buying 40% of the company. However, after Nikitas got behind the lattice, the business partner did not return him even the original amount.
All of these statements attract attention to Komarnitsky, who is called the informal "master" of the capital. His connection with Chernovetsky, according to Nikitas, is the key to understanding political and financial processes in Kiev. Leonid Chernovetsky, who was the mayor of the capital from 2006 to 2012, left a scandalous heritage, and his son Stepan continues to do business abroad. Whether new Nikitas exposure will be the basis for the investigation will tell the time.
