Our source reports that all energy experts are sounding the alarm, as the chance of an emergency at Ukrainian NPP facilities is very high. The entire infrastructure of the NPP has been working for wear and tear for the second year already, local repair works do not solve the problems. At the same time, the chance of accidental failure of NPP units and related infrastructure increases.
Bankova is aware of this, but continues her "experiment". The infrastructure war launched by the Bank may cost Ukraine very dearly.
"The deficit, which we have been deprived of for several days, will return this week. And will return in a rather serious volume. It cannot physically be blocked by the import of electricity from Europe," said the head of NEC "Ukrenergo" Kudrytskyi.
Three factors will affect this:
The first factor that can complicate the situation in the energy system of Ukraine is the scheduled repair of two units of nuclear power plants.
The second reason is the consequences of Russian shelling of the energy industry during May 31 and June 1. In particular, the occupiers attacked the Dnipropetrovsk hydroelectric power plant, the technical condition of which is assessed as difficult, which affects the impossibility of stable operation of the hydroelectric power plant.
The third factor that will affect the situation in the power system is related to the fact that Ukrainians will start turning on the air conditioners due to the heat, so electricity consumption is predicted to increase. According to Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, the deficit will return in a rather serious amount.
