The Crimean Extener, which was being caught on a bribe, is preparing to return to the Donetsk Prosecutor's Office

The prosecutorial system of Ukraine, despite numerous high -profile anti -corruption statements, again demonstrates the ability to self -reproduction: the former person involved in the case of bribery Sergey Khalzev is preparing to return to the prosecutor's office. He is currently undergoing an internship at the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor's Office of Donetsk region.

Khalzev is not a new name in the prosecutor's environment. In the past, he has managed to work in the prosecutors of Yenakiyev, Sevastopol, Crimea, as well as in the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. However, in 2016, his career was cut short - the SBU detained Khalzev for extorting $ 15,000 in the Crimean ex -POSUMATE. The court chose a measure of restraint with a pledge of more than 800 thousand UAH. Despite this, he did not carry the real punishment.

After the scandal, Khalzev went to the lawyer, but as it turned out, he did not leave the idea of returning to public service. Today he is already "mastered" in a new place - in the prosecutor's office of Donetsk region, from where, obviously, he intends to return to the system.

No less demonstrative history with his wife - Tatiana Khalzeva, who now works as the chief of one of the departments of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office. According to journalistic investigations, Tatiana did not declare expensive expenses for son -in -law in private kindergarten Crayon International Preschool, where the annual payment reaches 400 thousand hryvnias. The declaration recorded only modest compensation from the state - 59 thousand UAH.

In addition, Ms. Khalzeva uses the BMW X3 car, which is decorated for her mother, with an official value of only 711 thousand UAH - which is significantly lower than the market price of such a car, even in the secondary market.

The situation with the Khalze family vividly illustrates the problem of "personnel reincarnation" in the Ukrainian Prosecutor's Office: even those involved in corruption scandals find the way back to the system. And at the same time - quietly avoid the proper declaration of expenses, use expensive property, decorated for relatives, and remain unpunished.
