Anatoly Wojciechowski, a well -known developer who checked investors of 42 residential complexes in Kiev, was extracted from Spain to Ukraine. After several years of hiding, he will again come before the court.
According to the National Police of Ukraine, Wojciechowski was detained twice, but he went on bail every time and eventually fled abroad. He was announced in the international wanted and eventually found in Spain. He is currently in a pre -trial detention center, and the court has chosen a measure of restraint for him - detention or bail of UAH 20 million.

Firms related to Wojciechowski, arbitrarily seized land, erected houses without permits and sold apartments for 30-40% cheaper than market prices. Due to the illegal status of these buildings, many homes have not been put into operation, and investors were left without ownership of housing.
Those who still settled are faced with constant problems: houses are connected to electricity and water supply according to temporary schemes, tariffs are much higher than usual, and in some high -rise buildings, residents are even forced to heat the housing with firewood.
Criminal cases and the arrest of assets
According to the investigation, Voitsekhovsky created an organized criminal group that was engaged in illegal construction, appropriation of investors' funds, forgery and tax evasion.
Police have recorded more than 100 episodes of criminal activity. The relevant suspicions have already been presented to Wojciechowski, and his property in the amount of UAH 200 million was arrested. 12 indictments were transferred to the court.
Now the case of justice - the affected investors hope that he will bear a just punishment.
