Fitch experts predict continuation of the war in Ukraine in 2025

Analysts at Fitch Ratings have made a forecast for the war in Ukraine for 2025. According to their estimates, hostilities are likely to continue throughout 2025. However, there is a possibility of a ceasefire, which could be an important step towards de-escalating the conflict.

Western aid, analysts believe, will help Ukraine avoid significant territorial losses. However, a peace agreement in the near future looks unlikely due to the need for difficult concessions from both sides, which, according to Fitch, may prove unacceptable to one or the other side.

Thus, while a ceasefire is a real option, the peace process may be delayed due to high political and military demands on both sides.
