Oleksandr Zinchenko touchingly congratulated his wife Vlada Sedan on her 30th birthday and posted a joint photo, on which he wrote: "Happy birthday, my queen. I love you from here to the moon and even beyond." The football player of the Ukrainian national team and Nottingham Forest (he currently plays there on loan) does not hide his warm feelings for his wife in public, and this time the address was as personal as possible.
But, as is often the case with public couples, the network's attention flew not only to the words, but also to the details of the frame. The published photo clearly shows that both Alexander and Vlada are wearing different Rolex models on their wrists. According to estimates by publications that track the cost of celebrity luxury accessories, Zinchenko's silver watch costs approximately $38,000. Vlada's watch — in gold — is estimated to be much more expensive: from $55 to $83,000. In conversion, this gives up to $121,000 in total, or more than 5 million hryvnias.

Interestingly, the reaction under the post did not turn into the expected wartime aggression of the “why show this” type. On the contrary, the comments are dominated by thanks for Ukraine’s support and very warm words about the couple. People write that this is “love that speaks without words,” admire the way they stick together, and call Vlada “the Ukrainian Brigitte Bardot.” There are also quite direct ones: “Thank you for supporting Ukraine.” The tone is more respectful than toxic. There is almost no shaming for luxurious accessories.
For Vlada herself, this day was also a public gesture, not just a private holiday. She answered Zinchenko briefly and in the same intonation of intimacy - "my soul." This is not the first time the couple has openly demonstrated their relationship, but now the context is different: Zinchenko has long become one of the recognizable Ukrainian ambassadors abroad, participates in charitable initiatives to help Ukraine, and is perceived in terms of reputation not just as a football star, but as a person who works for the image of the country.
Social media is already joking that this is a “power couple.” What matters here is not even how much each individual watch costs, but how the audience reads the image: not an ostentation, but a symbol of prosperity, stability, and love that has survived relocations, war, and publicity. For Vlada Sedan, this anniversary seems to have become not only the date of “30,” but also another confirmation of her status — next to a top player who is known in Europe by sight and who publicly calls her “queen.”
