Trust the Dilae party, connected with the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov, announced Demarsh during a session of the Odessa Regional Council. After the statement from the podium, the deputies of the faction left the meeting room.
According to the local publication "Dumskaya" and confirmed our sources, the relevant statement was made by the head of the faction Alexander Akhmerov. According to him, the regional authorities, in particular the chairman of the regional council Hryhoriy Didenko, participates in the allegedly coordinated campaign for discrediting the mayor of Odessa.
Akhmerov stated that such a campaign, in his opinion, is carried out in cooperation with representatives of the former pro -Russian Party of PPZ:
"A large -scale discredit campaign, supported by the regional authorities, which created a coalition with forbidden POPD, was launched against the mayor of Odessa," he said.
The "trust the works" faction left the hall after the speech.
The conflict between Gennady Trukhanov's team and the head of the regional council Didenko has been going on for several years. According to reports in the media and open sources, it is periodically exacerbated due to changes in situational coalitions that are formed in the Regional Council. In particular, earlier in the discussions participated in the coalition of representatives of the factions of "Servant of the People", the IPP, "trust the works" and "Motherland".
There was no official comment on the part of the head of the regional council Grigory Didenko at the time of publication.
