Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, musician, frontman of the band "Ocean Elsa" and the officer of the Armed Forces, declared his income for 2024. Even in the war conditions, the leader of the legendary band was able to combine the service on the forefront with creativity, raising more than one million hryvnias of official income. He earned part of this amount as a serviceman - 328 763 hryvnias, which is an average of about 27 thousand hryvnias a month.
However, the bulk of Vakarchuk's income is fees, royalties and wages received from various sources. In particular, 200 thousand hryvnias of the artist were paid by LLC "Syuzi Production Ukraine", another 243 894 UAH came from the ocean-from the American company Shamrock Management LLC. To this should be added royalties from the NGO "Ukrainian Copyright and Related Rights", Supersymmetry fees and even symbolic 68 hryvnias of bank interest.
Interestingly, Vakarchuk received 30 thousand hryvnias as royalty from the Voice Political Party, which he himself founded.
In addition to income, the singer also indicated his financial assets in the declaration. In bank accounts, it saves approximately $ 140,000 and almost 50 thousand hryvnias. But his cash stocks look much more impressive - 5 million hryvnias, $ 175 thousand and 125 thousand euros.
Despite the fighting, Vakarchuk is actively engaged in moral and psychological support for the military. As an MPZ officer (moral and psychological support), he held more than 250 concerts for Ukrainian defenders, in particular on the forefront. His military specialization is not accidental - even before the war, Vakarchuk graduated from the military department in the direction "Military Sociology and Psychology".
Thus, Svyatoslav Vakarchuk remains an example of how a public person can not only support the state in the most difficult times. Its presence on the front, numerous speeches for the military and at the same time transparent financial statements show that even in a state of war it is possible to maintain a balance between civic duty and personal activity.
