Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan suggested the possibility of a "new situation" in relations between Ukraine and Russia in 2025.
"The fatigue of both sides may lead to a new situation in 2025. Let's see how the situation will develop," Minister Hakan Fidan said in an interview with Hürriyet.
He also emphasized that Kyiv and Moscow continue to "search for contact". But neither side "wants to look like a loser" in the negotiation process.
Fidan emphasized that "a just resolution of the war should be within the framework of the territorial integrity of Ukraine."
Earlier, Erdogan said that Putin wants to end the war in Ukraine.
