KMVA Chairman Tkachenko declared systematic theft of Kyiv budget

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko has published new facts of large -scale abuse in the capital related to theft of city budget funds. According to him, we are talking about inflated estimates, fictitious companies, doubtful contracts and land transfer to the law. Despite the promise from the KSCA - the situation is only deteriorating.

29 million “on crematorium”

One of the most flashy examples is the tender for the construction of the Kiev crematorium. The winner was the company "Yu Van Engineering" LLC, which has neither experience nor material and technical base. The cost of the tender is over UAH 498 million, of which 29 million is an overestimation, Tkachenko says. Despite the obvious opacity, the company is already preparing for the sale of another project - for more than 300 million UAH.

Fictitious Hospital Repair for 80 million

A similar scheme - in KMKL # 1, which receives the wounded. It is planned to overhaul for 80 million UAH, but the work wants to transfer LLC "Inj-Stroy Company", which has never participated in government procurement. The estimate has already revealed an overestimation of UAH 4.5 million. The company, as in the case of the crematorium, has no employees or equipment.

Parking is turned into gas dressings

A separate problem is the illegal transfer of land to gas gas stations. According to the head of the KMVA, KP "Kyivtransparkservice" transmits parking spaces to private structures for the installation of gas modules, which is dangerous for residents and economically disadvantageous to the city. The rent is lower and the risks are much higher.

Bortnitsky Aeration Station: A contract with the offender does not break

Tkachenko also drew attention to the Bortnitsky Aeration Station, where the contractor with confirmed violations continues to work on the reconstruction of the dams. Instead, KP "Kyivbudrestructure" not only does not break the contract, but also concludes additional agreements, actually covering the contractor.

KSCA promises remain on paper

Tkachenko recalled that the First Deputy Klitschko publicly promised to respond to the remarks of the Bureau of Economic Security. But, according to the Chief of the KMVA, there is no result: "Promises remained in words." And new violations are only added.

Babe reaction and the following steps

The head of the KMVA reported that together with the Bab Termure in Kiev, a meeting was held, which made critical remarks on inefficient use of funds. But the reactions from the KSCA are none.

"The result - critical remarks are left out of reaction. Moreover, new violations appear," Timur Tkachenko summed up.

He promised that all these facts would be transferred to law enforcement agencies and thanked the Bab for cooperation.
