The general reported this during a meeting with journalists. According to him, in the context of limited resources, Ukrainian air defense applies the principle of expediency and savings - in particular, to the use of expensive anti -aircraft missiles.
"Since we have to save anti -aircraft guided missiles, mobile fire groups are priority for the defeat of" Shahaned ". They account for the largest proportion of destroyed UAVs ... The efficiency of mobile fire groups is up to 40%," Sirsky said.
He stressed that this approach remains relevant today. At the same time, the use of light motor aircraft appears among the promising directions.
"We have, and there are new projects through financial and financial assistance from our foreign partners. This direction will develop. We get modern aircraft of light -motor aviation that have modern weapons and navigation," the commander -in -chief said.
According to him, new aviation solutions will allow to destroy enemy drones more efficiently, in particular in hard -to -reach or remote areas.
