The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces warns of a possible advance of Russian troops in the east of the country

The Ukrainian army under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (FSU) Lieutenant General Serhii Syrsky is warning of a possible advance of Russian troops in the east of the country. Syrskyi, who personally worked in the brigades in the east, noted that the situation is gradually becoming more difficult, which may indicate the extraordinary activity of the enemy.

The situation on the eastern front in Ukraine continues to be difficult. There is a possibility that enemy units will begin to advance. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky announced this in his Telegram channel.

According to him, he worked in two brigades at once, where there is a gradual deterioration of the situation, and there is also a possibility that enemy units will advance into the depths of the combat formations of the Armed Forces. After a detailed analysis and appropriate assessment of the situation, appropriate decisions were made in cooperation with the commanders, which will allow to strengthen the specified military units with reserves, ammunition, and EW means. All this will make it possible to ensure the stability of the defense of the Ukrainian army on this part of the front in the future, emphasized the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces.

Separately, Syrskyi added that now the main efforts of the Russians are concentrated near the settlements of Ivanovske, Terny, Berdychi, Tonenke, Robotyne and Verbove. At the same time, the enemy significantly reduced its activity in the remaining areas of the front. Most likely, this was the result of serious losses and premature decisions taken by management representatives to strengthen the defense.

"During the last days of active fighting, the enemy suffered significant combat losses. However, all the settlements that he intended to capture continue to remain under the control of the Ukrainian military," the commander-in-chief emphasized.
