In the Mykolaiv region, during the full-scale war, a group of "their" contractors was formed, who spent over UAH 600 million on the reconstruction of the region. These are newly created companies that receive multi-million contracts with inflated prices and actual disruptions in the performance of work.
According to the investigation, the main beneficiary of the scheme is considered to be Oleksandr Kukuruza, a deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council and the current head of the Voznesensk District State Administration. It is his relatives and close friends who receive the largest orders.
Who gets millions?

LLC "First Ukrainian Construction" (PUB) - contracts for 230 million UAH in Voznesensky district.
Owner - Serhiy Tkachenko, realtor, husband of the sister of Kukuruza's wife. Overpricing of materials prices up to 30 times was recorded, overpayment at only one facility reached 8 million UAH. -
Volodymyr Podolyan is a member of the Kukuruza party and his “driver/assistant.” His four companies received UAH 124 million.

Petro Pestov – the company “Hospoda-2” LLC won contracts worth UAH 235 million. His wife is a close friend of Kukuruza’s wife.

"Hospodar-2" and VBK "Alfa" (Podolyan's company) have already been fined UAH 272,000 by the Anti-Money Laundering Commission for conspiracy.

Three firms submitted applications for tenders on Prozorro within 10–30 minutes after publication, and in 98% of cases they were the only participants.
Over the past 3.5 years, 1.4 billion UAH has been spent on construction in the Voznesensky and Pervomaysky districts. Half of this market has been mastered by only five companies, three of which are directly related to Corn.
Despite hundreds of millions in contracts, only one of the 25 largest deals was completed on time and in full.
