In Kharkiv, police detained a man who staged shooting in one of the city cafe. A 39-year-old Kharkiv resident opened a fire from a traumatic pistol "Fort-17" during a conflict with other visitors. Two men were injured as a result of the incident.
“On the evening of February 9, the police received information that a conflict between the two companies had a cafe on Petro Grigorenko Avenue. As a result of an altercation, a 39-year-old Kharkiv resident, who was intoxicated, fired several shots from a traumatic Fort-17 traumatic gun towards opponents. 48 and 56-year-old men were injured. The victims of hospitalization refused, ”the message reads.
Patrol police and investigative team of the police department left for the scene and conducted a review there, which removed the evidence.
“On this fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ”, - the police said.
The man was detained, he was informed about the suspicion of the crime.
