Famous Ukrainian actress Olena Lavreniuk shared a shocking story about a failed cosmetic procedure. Due to a beautician's advice to remove freckles on her face, the actress found herself in a difficult situation - her skin was left with more than 60 burns of various shapes.
According to Lavreniuk, the procedure was performed by her beautician's husband, who assured her that removing the freckles would help avoid possible problems in the future. However, instead of the expected result, the actress received numerous burns.
“It was a terrible period in my life. He used a laser to remove freckles, and there were over 60 burns on my face, of various shapes,” Olena said in an interview with Alina Dorotyuk.
The actress soon went to the doctors. They explained to her that the burns would take time to heal, and they also gave her recommendations on care and avoiding sunlight. Lavreniuk was forced to hide the damage to her face with a thick layer of makeup and significantly limit her social contacts.
Only two years later, the actress's skin recovered, and she was able to return to a normal life. Although Olena did not sue the cosmetologist, she noted that if the burns remained, she would plan to defend her rights in the legal field.
