While in the country martial law, and public procurement is declining to a critical minimum, some businessmen manage not only to survive - but to flourish. One of these is Pavel Bartkovsky, the owner of companies specializing in washing and disinfectants. And at the same time - the hero of publications in the media about "patriotic business" with a taste of millions.
According to Anticor, Bartkovsky managed to buy more than a million dollars during a full -scale war. And in parallel - to appear in several court cases, pressing on former employees who are accused of… spoiling the image and theft of detergents.
Bartkovsky is not a beginner in chemical business. Its main company KhimproEct has been engaged in detergents since 2006. Then "Ukrchimtech Ltdd" appeared, then - "Baroque" (recorded on mother, Valentina Bartkovsk). In 2018, he creates another firm - Mirex Group, this time with a citizen of Poland Krzysztof Tkach. Complex design? Still. But in fact, everything is simple: one ecosystem with state loop.
Bartkovsky's companies supply products to Ukrzaliznytsia, Naftogaz, schools and kindergartens. Also, according to open sources, the products get to the Mironovsky Bakery and Yatrani.
And all if it were not for the details that follow in court registers and purchasing contracts.
“Bad workers all spoiled” - or how to get 7.5 million UAH for post
One of the most striking things is a lawsuit against former employee Alexander Dzuban. Bartkovsky, through Ukrchimtech ", asks to recognize information from his posts that damages reputation. And ... to recover from it 7.5 million hryvnias. Like, the post damaged the image, and therefore income. The court is still ongoing.
Another thing is "theft of formulas". Bartkovsky accuses three former employees at once: executive director, commercial director and technologist. They seemed to have replaced the recipes and gave the competitor. In November 2022, the court even allowed the search. But since then, no investigative movement. That is, either the case was "buried", or - intentionally "merged" when the facts were not confirmed.
"Obviously, the case died or investigators realized that they were misleading Pavel Bartkovsky," Anticor writes.
Ukrainian products. Or maybe no?
Bartkovsky's feature of companies is patriotic. Ukrainian products made for Ukrainians from Ukrainian components - at least, so writes the site.
But according to independent experts, some ingredients for disinfectants have previously been imported from… Russia. And cheaper to buy them in China. Someone checked that inside the jar was a separate question.
Inflisers in the media
While Bartkovsky's lawyers are looking for "conspirators", imagemakers draw a picture of a modern entrepreneur in the rear. The last half of the year is dozens of "denim" publications in the media: from patriotism to "ethical business". Some even quote the philosophy of his management.
It seems that a public image is the same part of business as disinfectants. And maybe even more expensive.
So who is Pavel Bartkovsky?
At first glance, the manufacturer of detergents. The second is a tender market with serious real estate. In the third, a person who builds not only a business but also his own PR-bubble during the war, where evil workers steal formulas, courts consider 7 million claims for insult, and real estate simply "happens" in the market.
