Who earns the most in Ukraine: military, IT professionals and real estate experts

In the context of martial law, the largest earnings in Ukraine are received by servicemen , and among civilian professions, the leaders in income are IT-sphere experts . High salaries are also recorded in real estate, transport, logistics and HR . This was reported by the Director of the State Employment Service Yulia Zhovtyak .

In Ukraine, the largest salaries are received by equipment and equipment with software controls - their income reaches 80-100 thousand hryvnias. Engineering professions provide even higher level of payment - at least 100 thousand hryvnias a month. Quite competitive salaries are also in the agricultural sector, said the Head of the State Employment Service.

According to her, the growth of salaries is associated with a shortage of qualified specialists. At the same time, even after the war, it is not necessary to expect a decrease in wages.

“Salaries will not fall, as the laws of demographics and competition always apply. We compete with our European neighbors, and this factor will not disappear anywhere. In the long run, the level of salaries in Ukraine will only increase, especially in scarce professions, ”she stressed.

On the employment of veterans after returning from the front, the official emphasized the results of a survey of the Ukrainian Veterans Fund: 68% of the military plan to start their own business after demobilization.
