Viewers have long been asking for the legendary project "The Inspector General" to return to the screens, and it seems that their dreams may come true. After editor Anna Zhyzha commented on rumors about the program's renewal, its main star, Olga Freimut, spoke about the show's return.
In a new interview, the presenter admitted that "The Inspector General" was and remains her favorite project. For a long time, she took a break from her career, focusing on raising her children. But now, when her eldest daughter is already "in the publishing house", and the younger ones do not require constant attention, Freimut is ready to return to television work.
" I really want to revive "Revisor". I already have Zlata - a girl on the show, the kids are not so tiny anymore and they can figure things out on their own, so I can already make the program that I love ," said the presenter.
Freimut also confirmed that if the show returns, its concept will completely change. According to her, the level of service in Ukraine has grown so much that filming only about restaurants is no longer relevant.
“ If I film “The Inspector General,” it will be a different “The Inspector General.” I know the needs of society. I think I will film it ,” the presenter intrigued.
Freimut did not reveal the details of the new format, but hinted that if the updated "Inspector" appears, it will be much deeper and more modern than previous seasons.
