In the very center of Kyiv, on the territory of Shevchenko Park, the restaurant "O'Panas" was built without permits. The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit and obtained a decision to demolish the illegal structure.
According to the investigation, the restaurant was built on the territory of a nature reserve fund object - a monument of landscape art. The building was erected without any approval from the relevant authorities, and the land plot was used contrary to the law.
Behind the restaurant is LLC "Teremok", the beneficiaries of which are several people:
- Leva Partskhaladze - a well-known businessman, head of the "21st Century" group of companies;
- Andriy Myrhorodsky - an architect by profession;
- Vladislava Turkanova (nee Kaletnik), born in 1995.
Vladislava Turkanova is linked to her father, former high-ranking official Igor Kaletnik. Kaletnik once headed the State Customs Service and later became the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. It was he who led the process of adopting the "dictatorial laws" on January 16, 2014. After the Revolution of Dignity, Kaletnik left for Russia.
The most disturbing detail in this case is that Vladislava Turkanova is actively doing business in Moscow. She owns at least seven commercial entities:
– LLC “Atlantis”,
– “Aprelevka Shopping Center”,
– “Ts Tsiolkovsky”,
– “Central Department Store”,
– “Big-Stroy”,
– “Fabrikant”,
– “Compass”.
The combined income of these companies is 638 million rubles, and 93 million rubles in taxes have been paid to the budget of the Russian Federation. In other words, the Turkanova family is not only engaged in illegal business in Ukraine, but also directly finances the economy of the aggressor state.
The prosecutor's office obtained the demolition of the restaurant through the court, but the issue of criminal liability for illegal construction and actual support for the occupying country remains open.
