A new opportunity has appeared in the "Diya" application - to join the Army of Drones . Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of this service, which will simplify the recruitment process for those wishing to become part of the units of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operators.
According to Fedorov, after submitting an application, the candidate is assigned to the selected unit and undergoes basic military training with a signed contract. It is important to note that confirmation of fitness for service occurs at the application stage, which eliminates the need to pass a military medical commission (MMC).
How recruiting works at "Diya"
Recruiting in the new functionality of the application resembles the process of searching for a job on a job site. The user can select the desired team or unit using filters, then send one or more applications. After that, the recruiter invites the candidate for an interview, after which a contract is signed.
"Motivated fighters should become the basis of the army. Within the Drone Army, we have formed and staffed hundreds of strike companies, trained tens of thousands of operators who work according to the new doctrine. In order to increase the number of qualified operators, the Ministry of Defense has already begun certifying private schools for UAV operators," Fedorov noted, emphasizing the importance of this step for ensuring an increase in the number of professional operators.
We remind you that in October of this year, a recruiting service will appear in the Ministry of Defense application "Reserve+", which will allow users to more quickly find relevant vacancies in military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
