Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko reported that the prosecutor's office in Vinnytsia region has announced 19 suspicions against local officials and employees. The amount of losses to the state as a result of their actions is 37 million hryvnias.
According to Kravchenko, this involves embezzlement and misappropriation of budget funds, property fraud, land deals, and official negligence.
In particular, suspicions were raised against:

former head of the Mykulynetsk village council - for forging documents on the allocation of 29 hectares of land;

former head of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Vinnytsia region - due to embezzlement of funds during the purchase of 790 sets of CBRN protection;

state registrars from the Chechelnytsia Village Council and the Tomashpil Regional State Administration - for illegal registration of property and land;
-
an official of the municipal property department of the Kalynivka City Council, together with contractors, for embezzling funds during road repairs;
-
heads of the social security department of the Zhmeryn City Council - for accruing salaries to "dead souls";
-
contractors - for misappropriating budget funds instead of performing work;

former forest foreman of the Haisyn Forestry Enterprise - for official negligence, which led to illegal logging.
The investigation is ongoing.
